It's the hottest day of the year so far and its clear from the start that Night By Night are going to push that temperature a whole lot higher!
Heavier live than on CD, they deliver a slick, stadium rock-style show to a tightly packed Borderline.
Henry's strong, vocal reverberates through the sweltering club, and what ensues is at times melodic rock perfection.

Each song on Night By Night's debut album is a stand-alone classic and tonight the band's single, 'A Thousand Lies', can only be described as an emotionally pounding triumph.
'If Only', another outstanding track, is equally well received by an enthusiastic crowd.
Ben Christo throws shapes like the consummate professional he is, Henry adopts some cheesy but endearing between song banter, t-shirts are hurled to the fans.
The Aerosmith cover is fun, but surplus to requirements.
Night by Night are a band with instinctive melodic precision, an unstoppable AOR juggernaut.
