Irish hard rockers The Answer hit the 'Road Less Travelled' for this second part of their touring schedule promoting their fourth album, 'New Horizon', taking in venues that are indeed less travelled by many numerous counterparts.
With this gig being the nearest to London for these dates, the venue had a very healthy turn out for a Sunday evening.
Despite celebrating his birthday in style the night before, singer Cormac Neeson was ready to party all over again with his waist length long hair swaying in all directions as he led his band into the the title track of their latest album.

The band are tight and ballsy with a depth of the blues hidden within. 'Under The Sky' and 'Concrete' are rock solid crunchers while homage is shown to the Irish rover Rory Gallagher with a passionate 'Cradle Rock'.
'Nowhere Freeway' is a smooth ride before the uplifting party punch of 'Spectacular' before the band really express themselves with the bluesy swamp of 'Memphis Water' and the Led Zep groove of 'Come Follow Me'.
An imposing set from a band who have yet to fulfil their potential promise.
