I've been hearing about No Sin Evades His Gaze lately and had the chance to check the band out thanks to their debut video/single 'Age Of Sedation'.
Embracing a variety of labels including Progressive, Metalcore, Djent, death Metal, Groove, etc. the band achieves a good balance of energy, melody and atmosphere.
The video for 'Age Of Sedation' goes beyond the typical 'band playing the song' concept and complements the energetic character of the music thanks to the setting and the visual approach. Richard Oakes of Dark Fable Media (Credits include The Algorythm and Sacred Mother Tongue among others) took the band to Ketton Quarry in Rutland and added impressive CGI effects to create a band v black hole confrontation. The video fits the music perfectly and helps to unveil the band's identity and concept.
