Demonstealer interviews a very jetlagged Randy Blythe and Mark Morton on their second trip to India. This interview is in Bangalore in the middle of a power outage.
For the Black Label Chicken Curry you will need:
1 chicken, 2 onions (chopped), 3 tomatoes (chopped), 1 cup of yogurt, 4 tablespoons ginger and garlic paste (or equivalent if fresh) 1 bunch coriander, 2 tablespoons oil, salt, peppercorns, bay leaf, cumin seeds, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder.
Accompaniment – steamed rice.
