Subterranean is a brand new one-day indoor festival featuring the very best local talent alongside some big names from the rock and indie world.

On Saturday 23rd September, The Corn Exchange in Cambridge will be set up with three small stages in the main auditorium with performances rotating from stage to stage throughout the day whilst the upstairs bar will host the very best in acoustic rock and indie.

MetalTalk favourites The Amorettes will headline the Undercover Stage while upcoming rockers Stone Broken will headline the Inferno Stage which also hosts London Metallers deVience.

The Amorettes exploded onto the international music scene in early 2015, with the release of their acclaimed album, 'Game On', and debut UK tour, as appearing as special Guests to rock legends Europe and Black Star Riders.

With rave reviews coming in from all over the UK and Europe for the Chris Tsangarides produced album, The Amorettes set about building their fanbase with an old school attitude of "take it to the people!", touring relentlessly all over the UK and Europe with Ash, Thunder, Black Stone Cherry, Danko Jones, Gun and more.

The Amorettes have engaged the services of some of the music industry's heavyweights in order to complete the recording of their new album, 'White, Hot, Heat', and with Thunder's Luke Morley in the producer's chair, it's their most exciting release yet.

Stone Broken are the final headliners of the festival and will be appearing on the Inferno stage. Having recently toured with rock legend Glenn Hughes, the four-piece hard rock band have made a name for themselves with their big rock sound with huge choruses which has seen them added to national rock radio playlists as well as the bill of this year's Download Festival.

The sound of deVience is defined by soaring vocal melodies, swaggering riffs and pulsating rhythms. If you like anything from classic rock to contemporary noughties beats your ears will be pleading for more.

The band established themselves in 2013 as members Gio, Ben, Donnie, Jim and Olli came together with a common passion for making music, the group drawing together differing but seamlessly compatible individual influences which soon combined to form a distinctive new sound.

The highlight of their journey thus far has been a trip across the pond to Los Angeles where they played to a great reception in famous venues such as The Viper Room and Whiskey A Go-Go on the Sunset Strip. They have also played at numerous established venues at home in London such as Borderline, The 100 Club and Sound.

Indie band PINS will be headlining the Labyrinth stage. Their "tightly-honed melodies" and "performances filled with energy and drama" (The Guardian) have won them legions of fans and praise from critics.

They have released two albums to date, 'Girls Like Us' and 'Wild Nights', both celebrated for their highly energetic and assured musical style. The band have worked with many famous faces and their current single, 'Aggrophobe', features the iconic Iggy Pop.
