Marco Mendoza, charismatic bass player of The Dead Daisies and formerly Thin Lizzy, Whitesnake and Ted Nugent, has been on the road throughout Europe since March, playing a list of dates longer than some people's second marriages, and his tour hits London this week.

Marco arrived in the UK last week and with storming shows at Newcastle, Edinburgh, Carrbridge and Bournemouth already under his belt, live music lovers attending the four remaining dates of this tour are in for a real treat.

Reknowned for putting in the effort to meet all of his fans, you can be assured of a Meet & Greet at every show, as well as a captivating performance by Marco's solo band which is made up of Bumblefoot drummer Kyle Hughes and Gun guitarist Tommy Gentry, who was also the replacement for Judas Priest's Richie Faulkner in Lauren Harris' band.

Marco released his third solo album, 'Viva La Rock', last June through Mighty Music and you can check out the title track right here:

'Viva La Rock' follows 2007s 'Live For Tomorrow' and 2010s 'Casa Mendoza' albums and the new opus has received widespread critical acclaim.

Marco gave us a track-by-track breakdown of all ten album cuts just before it was released and you can hear that interview, along with clips of every track right here.

These upcoming UK shows are not to be missed, as anyone who has caught the show in Europe this year will testify to. Support is by The Addiction on all dates except London, where The Brink and Big River will be performing.

Tickets for Thursday night's London show are available right here.
