Sarah Jezebel Deva (ex-vocalist with Cradle Of Filth, one of the most legendary Black Metal bands in British history and with album sales in excess of 2 million) - this will be Sarah's first and only appearance in Scotland as a solo artist.
Brighton based Furyon, who like nothing more than to challenge expectations. Raised on a diet of Heavy Metal, prog and classic rock, they mix all these components for a truly unique and contemporary sound.
London based six-piece, Slam Cartel, their knockout debut album, 'Handful Of Dreams', is packed full of demon hooks, boss grooves, and rousing choruses.
Glasgow based Achren with their brand of Metal are crushingly heavy and uncompromising, filled with raw and razor sharp riffs, death Metal growls, black metal screams, and pounding drums they create a unique and commandeering sound.
From this year's festival, the organisers are delighted to welcome back Severenth who deliver technically excellent tight Metal, with dual guitars and outstanding vocals and Aberdeen based Estrella with their 70/80s infused rock awash with melody and riffs, thunderous beats and anthemic choruses both very different in style but also both unmissable acts.
To further reinforce Les-Fest's commitment to new unsigned, upcoming and underground bands they have also just very recently confirmed two major successes from this year's Bloodstock Festival; Bull-Riff Stampede who bring power, aggression and exuberance combined with vicious guitar lines and a heavy rhythm section, and North West based thrashers Derision - intense, energetic and one of THE bands to watch in the next twelve months.
Mad Hatter 2.0. are a band the organisers tried really hard to secure for this years event but it was not to be, so they are really pleased to get them for 2013.
From Edinburgh, Firebrand Super Rock and from North Wales, the alternative rock/Metal band Artisfiction, are guaranteed to help you "get your mosh on".
The final act to be included in the first announcement is Afterlife with the Reilly brothers, Steve and Al sharing lead guitar and bass roles, respectively this band will be familiar to many (especially Alter Bridge fans) bringing their no nonsense hard working, hard rocking ethic to everyone at Les-Fest 2.
