Bass player Janus Sanyal commented: "We have been writing the material for quite a while despite the band going through some line-up changes after our debut album was released.
"We finally took some time off and in early 2012 we started the recording process at Demonic Studios with Demonstealer (Demonic Resurrection/Workshop) engineering the album. We kept everything under wraps as we wanted to make a big impact this time.
"The album is finally ready and is going to release sometime in February. Sceptre fan's can look forward some ass-kicking Metal."
The band's new logo has been designed by Aakash Dwivedi, a talented young designer who has worked with Indian artists such as Albatross and Solar Deity and more recently did some artwork for sludge Metal veterans Eyehategod.
