IS THIS THE END OF BON JOVI AS WE KNOW IT? 31st May 2013
One for me, one for you... - is Richie's continued absence down to unequal distribution of wealth and talent recognition??
Recently Richie and Jon were both quoted in various magazines on this matter. Jon says that everyone apart from Richie flew up to the first gig in Calgary the night before as it is a long flight. Richie was due to fly up the day of the gig and join his fellow Bon Jovi band mates there in time for showtime.
However, Jon received a phone call from the band's manger saying "Guess what?" and that Jon didn't need to hear the rest of the call to know immediately that Richie wasn't joining the tour and why.

Richie, on the other hand, is now making it very clear that the reason for not joining as expected is a "personal matter" but he is now keen to join the tour but that Jon won’t let him.
He has been quoted saying about Jon; "My opinion is Jon wants to see if he can pull off stadiums by himself. He is making it very difficult for me to come back. I have no problems in my life right now.
"[The fans] have paid money to see Bon Jovi and right now, they are not getting the whole deal.
"Enough with the trash talking!"
So; what's the story, will Richie be able to join the tour or is this the end of Bon Jovi as we know it?
