  MANOWAR TO HEADLINE OST FEST IN ROMANIA ON JUNE 16th 2012

During a press conference on March 16th in Bucharest, Romania, bassist Joey DeMaio announced that Manowar will be headlining Ost Fest 2012 in Bucharest on June 16th.

"We are happy to return to the crazy and very musical audience of Romania, an audience which knows how to enjoy a Heavy Metal concert and who has proven to be able to sing at super high volumes on the level of Manowar's live sound, which is no easy task", said Joey.

Manowar's performance at Ost Fest will stand out as the world premiere of the band's new album. The album is going to be "everything you've come to know and to love about Manowar", stated Joey.

During the press conference promoter Sorin Sararu of Project Events announced a special surprise for the fans of the band: The first 5000 people who buy their ticket for the day of Manowar's performance or a three-day pass on www.biletoo.ro will receive a free download of the new Manowar album.

"It is great to meet a promoter who cares so much about the fans to the point of offering such a special gift", commented Joey.

During their summer tour 2012 Manowar will be celebrating the release of their new studio album and play a set ranging from well known hymns including songs from their hit album 'Warriors Of The World' that celebrates its 10th anniversary this year as well as songs from the new album.
