||TOMMY LEE WINS LEGAL BATTLE OVER ROLLERCOASTER DRUM KIT
6 January 2014
TMZ reports that Tommy Lee has won a lawsuit over the rights to play his Roller Coaster drums on stage.

During the court hearing, no confidentiality agreement or other supporting evidence was produced by King's lawyers.
Lee's case was based on not being the same design as that discussed by the pair in 1991, and the idea of a roller-coaster was not owned by anyone.
The claim for $400,000 was thrown out by the judge as exclusivity was not proved and ruled that Lee's idea was original.
