It will be the first visit from the band on these shores in six years when they toured their previous album 'Saudes de Rock'.

The correct full length title 'Extreme II : Pornograffitti (A Funked Up Fairy Tale)' was originally released back in 1990, but the album really took off a year later when MTV started to play the acoustic ballad 'More Than Words' that made the band a household name and seeing the single become a Number 1 hit in the States and reached Number 2 here in the UK.
The album was certified double platinum and was a Top Ten hit on the Billboard Top 200 and amazingly stayed in the British album charts for an astonishing 61 weeks.
The album eventually spawned five hit singles including 'Decadence Dance', 'Get The Funk Out', 'Hole Hearted' and 'Song For Love'.
Extreme still feature Gary Cherone, Nuno Bettencourt, Pat Badger and drummer Kevin Figueiredo who has been with the band since 2007. Life has been quiet in the Extreme camp for the past few years as guitarist Nuno Bettencourt has been busy touring the world as part of the band for R&B star Rihanna whilst Gary Cherone has been working with his side project Hurtsmile.
