Renowned Scottish underground Metallers Achren are set to release a new EP, entitled 'The White Death' on Monday 7th April as a limited, numbered run of 250 digipack CDs.

The EP, which features three brand new tracks and clocks in at over 15 minutes, is the band's first new release since their acclaimed debut album 'The Forgotten King' was released in 2011.

According to the band, the EP was inspired by the legendary Finnish World War II sniper, Simo Häyhä, who was nicknamed 'White Death' and has the highest recorded number of confirmed sniper kills (505) in any major war.
