British rock legends Deep Purple have announced an exclusive show to be recorded at the BBC Radio Theatre in London and you can be there to witness this very special and exclusive event.

On Thursday 16th November, Radio 2's Jo Whiley will welcome Deep Purple into the BBC Radio Theatre for a very special 'In Concert' performance. A limited number of pairs of tickets are available for the event and all tickets will be distributed via a random draw with 70% of tickets going to Greater London postcodes and 30% going to the rest of the UK. Please note that tickets are available for UK residents only.

You can register at any time until 9.30pm today, Thursday 12th October, on the official BBC website at bbc.co.uk/showsandtours/shows.

The small print points out that all applicants must be 18 or over and that photo ID will be required for entry. All those applicants who are successful must be available to get to the BBC Radio Theatre in London for no later than 7.30pm on Thursday 16th November and the show will finish at 9.30pm.

Admission to this recording is on a first-come, first-served basis and as not everyone who asks for tickets uses them, to make sure there is a full house the BBC sends out more tickets than there are places.

As we told you recently, Deep Purple and earMUSIC are happy to announce and celebrate the worldwide chart success of 'inFinite' by releasing a very special, strictly limited gold edition on Friday 3rd November. Being released in a high quality 2CD digipak with brand new artwork, the gold edition will feature all of the great masterpieces from 'inFinite' while also including a brand new, previously unreleased eighty minute live show from the biggest Metal festival in France, Hellfest 2017, as bonus.

If that wasn't enough, Deep Purple and earMUSIC have also announced the release of the ninety-seven-minute documentary 'From Here To inFinite' on Blu-Ray, which is also due out in November and shows the history and origin of the 'inFinite' album as well as providing a deep insight into the workings of the band for the first time.

The Blu-ray also includes two hours of bonus material, including music videos such as 'The Surprising', three previously unreleased live videos, 'Time For Bedlam', 'Birds Of Prey' and 'Smoke On The Water', all filmed and recorded at Hellfest 2017, as well as in-depth behind-the-scenes footage, movie documentary outtakes, interviews, and an audio commentary by Deep Purple themselves — all previously unreleased.
