Annihilator will release 'Triple Threat', a three-disc collection in a trio of very different scenarios, on 27th January 2017. The main disc comprises a set of Annihilator's classics performed acoustically, the second disc will feature Annihilator's vicious set from the 2016 Bang Your Head Festival, while the third disc is a forty-five minute summer documentary. There will be plenty of bonus material too.

Annihilator mainman Jeff Waters said: "I just had to do this once in my life... to challenge myself and maybe show some others that it's not always just about the Metal and the thrash! Rock'n'roll and and ballads are found everywhere in Heavy Metal. Annihilator are made up of a helluva lot of styles, mixed into one. That's exactly what kind of musicians I put together for this set... a mixed bag of rockers and Metalheads and they made our legacy proud! Enjoy... we sure love this one."

Coheed And Cambria couldn't let 2016 come to an end without giving us a little something extra so they've just released a super personal video of their track, 'Colors' and in the same way the 'Deconstructed Deluxe' version of 'The Color Before The Sun' offered never before heard demos, the footage in the new video offers a look at the group behind the scenes, warming up for shows, goofing around back stage and exuberant live performances.

Steel Panther have debuted their new music video for 'Anything Goes', the latest single off their upcoming album, 'Lower The Bar'. 'Anything Goes' is now streaming on Spotify and Apple Music. An Australian Limited Edition album is to be released featuring two extra tracks and can be pre-ordered at JB Hi-Fi Online. Fans can also pre-order special packages of 'Lower The Bar' at PledgeMusic or SteelPantherRocks.com.

AFM Records have announced the signing of Canadians Danko Jones to a worldwide deal (except Canada). After having reached their highest chart positions to date in a handful of territories with their previous album 'Fire Music' and having been awarded Gold and Platinum singles in Sweden, Danko return with their new album, 'Wild Cat', once again produced by Juno Award winning producer Eric Ratz. 'Wild Cat' is due for release on March 3rd and here's the teaser.

Canadian progressive/power folklore Metallers Scythia have released their new Christmas song 'The Absent Christmas'. The lyrics are part historical, part mythical. This is Scythia's second Christmas song, having previously released '...Of Santa' in 2012.

Chateaux, the UK NWOBHM three-piece, have for the first time made their back catalogue available for download. Platforms such as iTunes, Amazon and others now have the releases which consist of their only 7" single, 'Young Blood'/'Fight To The Last' from 1982, the band's three albums, 1983 debut 'Chained And Desperate' which featured Grim Reaper's Steve Grimmet on vocals, 1984s 'Firepower' and 'Highly Strung' from 1985.

All feature mainman Tim Broughton on guitar. The catalogue has also simultaneously been released on cd by No Remorse Records in Greece and Classic Metal Records in Brazil.

Incendia say they have had an incredible 2016 so they've released a killer Christmas Compilation featuring bands they have had the pleasure of working with over the last year, and bands they're excited to be working with in early 2017, including Agent, Brutai, Defences, Elbrano, Empire, Voyager and more.

As a thanks to both press and fans alike for their continued support, this album is free to download right here. Enjoy.

In a collaboration with two of the leading members of Russia's biggest and most famous Heavy Metal band, Aria, Norwegian Metallers Tomorrow's Outlook have recorded a cover of Bruce Dickinson's 'Darkside Of Aquarius'. The track is to be featured on Tomorrow's Outlook's upcoming concept album, 'A Voice Unheard', which has been produced by Roy Z (Bruce Dickinson/Halford/Judas Priest) and is scheduled for a 2017 release. 'Darkside Of Aquarius' is originally off Bruce Dickinson's fourth solo album, 'Accident Of Birth', from 1997.

Here's a sneak peak from the 'Darkside Of Aquarius' studio session featuring Vitaly Dubinin and Maxim Udalov from Aria, and Tomorrow's Outlook singer Tony Johannessen.

More free music... this time courtesy of Ottawa, ON's symphonic black/death Metal band Endemise. Here's a high quality MP3 download of the track 'Soma' off the band's latest album, 'Anathema', which was released on October 28th.

Produced by Endemise guitarist Dale Sauve and Ken Sorceron (Abigail Williams), 'Anathema' consists of eight blistering tracks which blend blackened death Metal and orchestration.

Former Misfits guitarist Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein has signed a deal with David Ellefson's EMP Label Group, who will release their new album 'As We Die' in Spring 2017 in conjunction with Doyle's label, Monsterman Records.

In addition to the new Doyle LP, EMP Label Group will also serve as distribution for ALL Monsterman titles, including LP and CD reissues of Doyle's previous release 'Abominator', the upcoming release from longtime LA Industrial Metal standouts Dead Girls Corp, and more.

Brisbane, Australia's Awaken I Am have joined the Victory Records roster. "Victory is a label that has released albums that have literally shaped the modern rock genre. We are excited to work with a company that innovates because that is what we hope to achieve as a band with this new record," says McKenzie. Here's 'Slumber'.

Metal On The Hill have added Primordial to the bill that also includes exclusive 2017 Austrian shows by headliners Blind Guardian, Paradise Lost, Alestorm, Pagan giants Arkona, Serenity and Visions Of Atlantis. London power trio Bright Curse, who are set to play France's Hellfest in 2017, have just unveiled a video for album-opener 'Lady Freedom'. Regarding the video's biker theme, guitarist and singer Romain Daut explains: "I started riding and following the custom motorcycle scene a couple of years ago and discovered some of the best people in the world; some of the most badass women - and that's what I wanted in this short film; amazing ladies saving our asses! With the help of Kingdom of Kicks in Hackney and Our Black Heart in Camden, we found those girls!"

Daxx & Roxane have just released their brand new single, 'Ticket To Rock', via Justice Brothers Records from their forthcoming debut long player of the same name which is due out next year.
