Luponero – Everything / Nothing Is A Fierce Statement Of Existential Crisis

Luponero, the alternative hard rock trio from Finland, have released their explosive new single, Everything / Nothing, via Icons Creating Evil Art. The track is a visceral, unrelenting burst of raw energy, setting the stage for the band’s debut self-titled album, scheduled for release on 21 March 2025.

“We wanted to start off with something that hits hard,” Marco Luponero, the band’s driving force, bassist, and vocalist, told us. “Our whole album will tackle themes of generational nihilism, frustration, and a search for meaning in increasingly uncertain times. I think Everything / Nothing is the perfect representation of that.”

“The song balances between calm and chaos, carried forward by a repetitive mantric bass riff. It’s angry, it’s cathartic, and it’s honest – the perfect soundtrack for when you’re staring into the void and confronting the absurdity of existence.”

Everything / Nothing follows Luponero’s debut single, the absurdly titled Dad Bod Rok God. “A humorous yet anthemic track,” it’s Def Leppard vocal style and classic rock style, not to mention the UFO BBQ in the video, helped to grab the attention of Icons Creating Evil Art.

“Joining forces with Icons Creating Evil Art feels like the perfect alignment for Luponero,” Marco said. “Their fearless spirit and dedication to pushing boundaries mirror the very core of what we stand for—raw, unapologetic music that reflects the chaos and beauty of modern life.

“We couldn’t be more excited to take this journey together, forging something rebellious and deeply meaningful.”

Luponero are fronted by veteran musician Marco Luponero, formerly of Terrorwheel, Altaria, and Marco Luponero & The Loud Ones. The trio’s explosive energy and infectious melodies have earned them a loyal following, and their raw, honest lyrics reflect the chaos and beauty of modern life.

Luponero will release their debut album on 21 March 2025 which can be pre-ordered from here.
